Some people find artistic expression helpful. Everyone is unique in how they find meaning in the loss of a loved one. You might find it helpful to participate in an activity that reminds you of your loved one or that you might want to honour them by doing something like a walk or run.

It’s normal to have conflicts with your siblings. See if you can connect with them on common ground—a favourite band, a walk to school or a new movie.
