Who we are: Strongest families Institute is a not-fo-profit corporation founded to help families, children, youth and adults to receive high quality timely services. We offer support when you need us. Our goal is to provide help early before problems become worse.
Our program: Adults learn skills to overcome their anxiety, excessive worry and how to cope with major life stressors through our unique distance coaching approach. Our trained coaches provide telephone support at convenient times allowing adults to participate from the privacy and comfort of their homes during a time that best fits their schedule. Our program is proven to be effective at decreasing anxiety and increasing confidence and independence.
